Services

As adults, we have opportunities every day to support healthy child development. I help parents, educators, and leaders use a Developmental Lens to make more informed decisions about how they support the young people in their lives, bringing research in psychology, neuroscience, education, child development, and learning science into everyday practice.

Whether you’re navigating challenges at home, supporting students in the classroom or making decisions that affect an entire school or community, I’ll help you better understand what young people need and how you can create opportunities for them to build the capabilities they need to thrive.

Parent Coaching

Parenting can leave you wondering what’s behind your child's behavior, whether you’re responding in the right way or what your child really needs from you.

Through one-on-one coaching, I’ll help you make sense of what you’re seeing and find practical ways to strengthen your relationship, respond with greater confidence and support your child as they grow.

Educator Training

Today’s educators are supporting students with a wide range of experiences, needs and challenges. My training helps you recognize what may be influencing learning and behavior and how your own practices can make a difference.

Together, we’ll turn developmental research into practical strategies that help you respond to challenges, support student well-being, and create a learning environment where more students can succeed.

Leadership Consulting

The policies, programs and practices we put in place can have a lasting impact on young people. I work with school leaders, organizations and policymakers to examine what’s working, identify areas of concern and consider how decisions can better reflect what we know about child and adolescent development.

Together, we’ll identify practical opportunities to strengthen the systems and environments that support young people and those who serve them.

Public Speaking

I speak to parents, educators, leaders and organizations about child and adolescent development and the issues affecting young people today. From resilience and trauma to brain development and the everyday decisions adults make, I bring a developmental perspective to conversations that matter to children and the people who support them.

Drawing from decades of experience in psychology, child development and education, I make complex research understandable, relevant and useful for your audience.
